You must be running the current WoW TBC version.

Once an account has been made for you, go to your WoW Directory(C:Program Files\World of Warcraft) and find a file called realmlist.wtf, double click it and open it by selecting the option to open it with a program of your choice, you will be opening it with Note Pad.

Once in Note Pad you will see the following:

set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com

Change the set realmlist part to set realmlist GenesisServers.no-ip.org

Be sure to keep checking here as the connection info is liable to change at any time, and if you do not have the correct info, you will not be able to log into the server.
